Step 2: Exercise moderately
Nothing happens until something or someone moves. Stretch, walk, jog, swim, do Yoga, clean your house, move the furniture, pull weeds, mow the lawn, water the flowers; it doesn't matter really, just move often every day. I don’t care if you have to use a walker or a wheelchair. Don't you need to go somewhere right now? Stand up and stretch a bit. Use your hands and give a vigorous rub wherever you have skin. Do this for a minute or 2 every day. Eat the right foods in moderation, use the supplement I recommend and you will keep your weight and blood sugar down so your natural energy can help you move. In the old days, whenever I got the urge to exercise and move a bit, I’d lay down real still until the urge went away. Now, I feel so good all the time that I love to move a lot. When you move a lot, you will reduce stress; divert your attention from the thoughts racing through your brain to how good your body feels just to move.
Step 3: Employ a little discipline
Learn to say "Yes" to actions that will improve your health and "No" to those that harm your health.
